Two LED Lamps of ROLEDS Lighten up Xinjiang Winter Games

The main venue of Xinjiang Winter Games is shaped like a snow lotus flower. The Speed Skating Stadium, Ice Hockey Stadium, Curling Stadium, Media Center and Power Center (integrating the dining hall and athletes dormitory) form five petals. The whole venue covers an area of 450 acres.

●The design of outdoor lighting for the main venues of the Winter Games follows the principle of concise atmosphere, and mainly uses transparent and non-glare contour lights to outline the building's exterior and to show the level changes of the building.  

●The color temperature of contour lamp RCL40 is 2700K warm white and 4000K neutral white. The soft light reflects the beautiful shape of five petals.  

●The RGB color change of Wall Washer RWW37B combined with animation shows the agility of the five petals in the wind and snow, as well as the sports spirit and vitality brought by the Winter Games.

Influenced by climate and altitude, outdoor lighting used in Xinjiang Winter Games must have its special treatment compared with traditional similar lighting.  

●In order to ensure the normal use of lamps in cold areas, ROLEDS has made many improvements. The electronic components adopt MPS imported chips from USA and TDK capacitors from Japan to ensure the stable performance of lamps.  

●For high-power Wall Washer RWW37B, thermoelectric separation design is adopted in structure to separate the power supply cavity from the optical cavity, which can not only solve the problem of heat dissipation and light efficiency, but also ensure the performance and lifespan of the lamps; for low-power Conture Light RCL40, the top of the light source cavity is made of imported PC material, which has strong resistance to high and low temperatures, atmospheric corrosion and UV protection.
